Frequently asked questions

Junior Event Manager job: frequently asked questions

How does the junior role differ from the senior role?

In the junior position, structured onboarding supports you as you work on defined tasks and gradually build project responsibility. The senior role leads complex projects independently and carries overall and budget responsibility.

Which events are part of the role?

You support international events, major projects and transportation assignments during planning, delivery and follow-up.

Are assignments international?

Yes. International clients and assignments are a regular part of our projects. Specific travel requirements depend on each assignment.

How does project responsibility develop?

After structured onboarding, you begin with clearly defined tasks. Additional project areas may follow as your experience grows, without implying a guaranteed promotion.

Will I work in the office or on site?

Both. You plan and coordinate at our Unterföhring location and also support the operational delivery of events on site.

How does the application process work?

After reviewing your application, we arrange a phone or video interview, followed by a personal interview and, if required, a second conversation before our decision.
