Our website uses cookies to the following extent:
Transient cookies for temporary use; persistent cookies for limited-time use. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you leave the website and close your browser. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to the website. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser’s security settings.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer or to always display a notification before a new cookie is created.

We store the information obtained through the use of cookies separately from any other data you may have provided to us. In particular, cookie data is not linked to your other data.
6. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses features of the website analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies are used. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies.” These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookies regarding your use of this website, such as:
- Browser type/version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Time of the server request
is generally transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage for the purposes of market research and tailoring this website to user needs. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data held by Google. IP addresses are automatically anonymized so that they cannot be associated with any specific user (IP masking).
a) IP Anonymization
We have enabled the IP anonymization feature on this website. As a result, your IP address is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google.
b) Browser Plugin
You can prevent cookies from being stored by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all features of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address), as well as from processing this data, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
c) Objecting to Data Collection
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the following link:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics. For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
d) Data Processing on Behalf of a Client
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google and fully comply with the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
e) Demographic Features in Google Analytics
This website uses the “demographic features” function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain information about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data is derived from Google’s interest-based advertising as well as from visitor data provided by third parties. This data cannot be attributed to any specific individual. You can disable this feature at any time via the ad settings in your Google Account or generally prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data as described in Section 9, “Objection to Data Collection.”
7. Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET)
On our website, data is collected and stored using Bing Ads technologies, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. This is a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. This service enables us to track users’ activities on our website if they have arrived at our website via Bing Ads. If you arrive at our website via such an ad, a cookie is placed on your computer. A Bing UET tag is integrated into our website. This is a code that, in conjunction with the cookie, stores certain non-personally identifiable data about the use of the website. This includes, among other things, the length of time spent on the website, which sections of the website were accessed, and which ad brought users to the website. Information regarding your identity is not collected.
The collected information is transferred to Microsoft servers in the United States and stored there for a maximum of 180 days. You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website, as well as the processing of this data, by disabling cookies. This may, however, limit the functionality of the website.
In addition, Microsoft may, under certain circumstances, track your usage behavior across multiple electronic devices through so-called cross-device tracking and is thereby able to display personalized advertising on or within Microsoft websites and apps. You can disable this behavior at http://choice.microsoft.com/de-de/opt-out.
For more information about Bing’s analytics services, visit the Bing Ads website at https://help.bingads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/de/53056/2. For more information about data protection at Microsoft and Bing, see Microsoft’s Privacy Statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.
8. Social Media
Pursuant to Article 6(1), first sentence, letter f) of the GDPR, plug-ins, links, and buttons to social media websites are used for advertising and informational purposes. As a result, when you visit our site, data is transmitted to the respective social media providers, possibly including third countries. The social media providers store and process this data; the provider may—if you are logged in to the respective social media platform at the same time—recognize your visit to our website. The social media providers use the data for business purposes, marketing, advertising, and other purposes, such as creating user profiles about you.

Our pages use Google+ features. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
The following options are available for the collection and sharing of information:
By using the Google+ button, you can publish information worldwide. Additionally, through the Google+ button, you and other users receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the fact that you clicked the +1 button for a piece of content and information about the page you were viewing when you clicked +1. Your +1s may appear as recommendations alongside your profile name and photo in Google services—such as in search results, on your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites and in ads across the web. Google records information about your +1 activity to improve Google services for you and others.
To use the Google+ button, you need a public Google profile that is visible worldwide and must include at least the name you’ve chosen for the profile. The name you choose is used across all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name you used when sharing content via your Google Account. The identity associated with your Google profile may be visible to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.
In addition to the purposes described above, the information you provide is used in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy policies. Google may publish aggregated statistics about users’ +1 activities or share them with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or affiliated websites.
