Your responsibilities in senior event management

Plan, deliver and review international event and transportation projects independently
Manage major events and operational processes in the office and on site
Coordinate clients, internal teams and external partners professionally
Structure partial and complete assignments and guide delivery pragmatically
Request quotations, appoint service providers and take responsibility for invoicing
Manage project budgets and maintain responsibility for quality, costs and results

What you bring to the role

Essential qualifications

A degree or vocational qualification in events, projects, tourism, business or a comparable field
At least five years of professional experience in event or project management
Substantial experience leading larger projects and events independently
Experience coordinating clients, partners and service providers
Demonstrable budget responsibility and confidence with project invoicing
A strong focus on quality, costs and results
Confidence with modern tools and an independent, flexible and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and at least good English
